A missing piece in family-friendly living.

The playroom is already on your floor plan. Without someone to run it, it sits quiet. Bravo supplies the people and the system, so the room your building already has starts working as an amenity.

  • Everything ready to go

Play materials, art supplies and equipment for each session.

  • Play, music and discovery

Short sessions of movement, imaginative play and social connection, not a full-day daycare curriculum.

  • Online booking

Residents book sessions online, by the hour.

  • A Bravo caregiver in the room

Hired, checked and trained by Bravo, not drawn from your staff.

How Bravo charges
A fixed monthly service fee from the property, plus hourly fees paid by residents for booked time. We go through the figures for your building together on the call.

Safety is built into the model.

  • Screened caregivers

CORI and fingerprint-based background checks, reference checks, CPR and first aid, and paid onboarding.

  • Small groups

A 1:4 caregiver-to-child ratio target in every session.

  • Insurance

Planned coverage: general liability and abuse and molestation, with your property named as additional insured. Certificate of insurance before the first session.

  • Clear protocols

Check-in and check-out, authorized pick-ups, allergies and emergencies are all covered in writing.

What you commit to

Nothing beyond the pilot.

A little time for them. A little time for you.

  1. Book online

Pick a time that suits you on your phone.

  2. Drop off

Bring your child to the room and meet the caregiver.

  3. Pick up

Collect your child when the session ends.

Not sure your residents want it? We run a two-minute demand survey in your building before you commit.

Questions property managers ask us.

Caregivers follow written incident protocols, give first aid, and contact the parent right away. Incidents are written up and shared with your point of contact. Caregivers are trained in CPR and first aid before their first session.

Bravo Kids' Club is not a licensed child care program. It is designed to operate within Massachusetts license-exempt rules, and parents sign a program agreement before their first visit. Visits are capped at 4 hours, and each child can visit up to 6 times a month. We are happy to walk your team through how the model works.

Very little. Your team provides a key to the room, a line in the resident newsletter, and one point of contact. Bravo handles recruiting, scheduling, materials, booking, resident billing and reporting.

We cannot promise usage, which is why we start with a pilot. During the pilot we track bookings, utilization and resident feedback, and share them in a monthly report. If you want a read before you commit, we can run a short demand survey in your building.

A fixed monthly service fee from the property, plus hourly fees paid by residents for booked time. Bravo bills residents directly, so your team handles no payments. We go through the figures for your building together on a discovery call.

You start with a short pilot and commit to nothing beyond it. After the pilot we review the results together and decide on next steps. The agreement terms are settled with you in writing before anything begins.

Tell us about your playroom.

You will talk to one of Bravo's two founders.

After you write

  1. We reply within one business day.

  2. A short call about the room, your residents and the numbers.

  3. If it fits, a pilot plan for your building, in writing.
