A few good
questions.

Is Bravo a software subscription?

No. The employer offering is a managed childcare benefit. Bravo coordinates dedicated childcare places with participating centers; the software supports that service.

Where does Bravo work?

Bravo is based in Massachusetts, with a focus on Greater Boston. Tell us where your employees need care so we can discuss the fit.

How are childcare costs determined?

We discuss your workforce needs, local tuition rates and available capacity, then set out the proposed costs and scope together before an agreement.

What documentation can our team review?

We can discuss the proposed benefit structure, fair-market-value documentation and allocation of childcare costs with your HR, finance and legal teams. Tax treatment and eligibility should be reviewed with your own advisors.

Is this the same as Bravo Kids’ Club?

They are separate offerings. Kids’ Club brings short, occasional childcare sessions into apartment-building playrooms. The employer offering coordinates dedicated places with independent childcare centers.
